1) Have you taken photos on the application on your device and sent them sucessfully? (Did you see finished Uploading appear on yoour device?)
2) Have you checked your main PC or Server ( The device with the We-Importer Agent) And is the Importer application running on the screen?
3) If the importer app is on the screen of you main PC and you still do not get any photos downloading could yopu check to see if the Main PC or Server has internet connectivity (Can you open any websites on that PC or server)
4) if you have no internet on that pc or in your office rectify this issue first.
